CLASSIFIED POSTING GUIDELINES

Welcome to the classified section of the site. We designed the classified section to connect buyers with sellers and vice versa. Once you enter an item for sale, it will automatically connnect all of your items listed for sale into a member store on your profile page (view under My Garage). When you list a unit for sale, we will connect that unit to the showroom make and model. A tab will then added to the product showroom that will show that this model is for sale in the classifieds. The Classifieds are available to Gold Rider Members, Dealers and Suppliers only. The pricing for listing the ad is for 30 days and will display on the page once you enter the asking price of the item. One item to be listed per Classified Ad. If we see an item for sale outside of the normal price points of the item in order to get the ad for free or if you have listed multiple items in one ad, it will be removed from the section and subsequent action maybe taken as per our Terms & Conditions.

GOLD members receive 2 FREE classified postings with their paid membership and may use this for any 2 postings, valued up to $24.95 each.

FREE members may view the classified listing but not the details or contact information of the seller.

As a dealer or supplier member you may also post your jobs to our job boards, this includes motorcycle jobs, ATV jobs, snowmobile jobs and boating jobs.

 Terms & Conditions for Classified Section

Buyers, sellers and users of the classified section should be prudent in the exchange of money, contracts and legal documents. The Canadian Powersports Group cannot guarantee the validity of any "businesses" or "individuals" that utilize the classifieds of our site for the purpose of selling their goods on our site. The Canadian Powersports Group does not offer any type of Payment Protection Service or any other type of buyer or seller protection. We encourage the use of escrow type services and the use should be certain to verify it is a reputable institution prior to transfering funds. The classifieds on the site are merely a way to connect buyers with sellers. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to do their proper due-diligence when investigating the sellers ability to provide the product offered for the price. We suggest checking the sellers profile page and asking for references prior to transfering funds. If we find that there is fraudulent activity on the site we may proceed with any or all of the following including but not limited to removal of the ad, cancellation of the membership in question and provide the information of the activity to authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution.
