Sean Hyland Motorsports enters powersports performance parts and accessories market with their new SPYDER GEAR line. As one of the first designers and manufacturers of products for the Can Am Spyder they are sure to find success with the growing volume of Spyder sales around the world. About SHM Motorsports... Sean Hyland has race, wrenched, and developed products in the powersports industry for more than half his 34 years in Motorsport, mostly developing products for the Ford Mustang. Having cut his teeth in autocross an pro rally competition in the early 1980's, He has always had a passion for the powersports industry and enjoy riding his Ducati whenever he's not busy developing new products including the all new SHM Motorsports SPYDER GEAR line of performance products and accessories.

Sean founded Sean Hyland Motorsport in 1988. As Sean became immerse in developing new products, especially the 4.6L engine in the mid 1990s, time commitments forced his own Motorsport adventures to take a back seat to his business, Sean Hyland Motorsport. But now he is back and has been busy developing products for the Can-Am Spyder.

In October 2008 SHM announced that it signed a deal with Shelby Automobiles, and is now the only authorized mod shop in Canada. It is also the only Authorized Shelby Mod Shop, anywhere outside the U.S.! Sean still finds some time to spend with his wife Barb, and two daughters, Samantha and Sarah. Born In Montreal, Sean has made Woodstock, Ontario his home for many years.
