The Ninja series from Kawasaki has always had a place in the hearts of the superbike clan. With the introduction of the 1987 special edition ZX10R Kawasaki looked to that same clan to offer up some real excitement off the dealers floors. This nimble, fast and good looking motorcycle ran right to the top of bikes to own in 1987 and all the while doing it with no one else even in the mirrors, a true sport bike classic
